It was early 2010 when the concept of this site came about. We noticed that there was barely any information available on the internet about mountain bike hydraulic disc brakes. Where would people go to find out how to fit a new disc brake system? Where would they go to look for buying advice and compare disc brakes from the likes of Avid, Magura and Shimano?
